ABOUT BARRETT TREE SERVICE EAST, INC. Barrett Tree Service East, Inc. is a full-service tree care company dedicated to its clients and their trees. Trumbull Barrett is a certified arborist who has seven years of tree care experience in Western Massachusetts, Chicago, Illinois and Brooklyn, New York.  After studying environmental engineering at Dartmouth College and getting a Masters degree from Thayer School of Engineering, Trumbull apprenticed himself to his brother, an arborist in Western Massachusetts. Since 2000, he has nurtured individual urban trees, managed large wooded properties, and everything in between.
